The available payments methods are the following: bank transfer, and PayPal/ Credit cards or prepaid cards.
Bank transfer:
The bank transfer expenses (in case they exist) are at the expenses of the client. The purchased products will be sent the first working day in which we are able to see the payment, or the working day after. In general we do receive the payment a couples of days later compared to the day in which the bank transfer was ordered, however it might take longer. (in order to speed up the shipping, you can send us the payment receipt with CRO number).
PayPal/credit cards and prepaid cards:
With this payment method it is possible to pay with a PayPal account and with the main credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and so on) or with prepaid cards (PostePay and others) also without having a PayPal account. Once the payment procedure is successful, usually there will be sent a confirmation email from PayPal with the effected payment confirmation.
Cash on delivery:
This payment method, at the moment, is not contemplate for direct online orderd, it is however, possible to purchase our products by using this formule, sending an email with a person’s information to MovingWater (info@movingwater.it) with consecutive dispositions given via email. Due to the management and currency costs, this payment method, will slow down the delivery process (4/5 working days) and is exposed to a supplement of euro 18,00 + IVA (additional cost for just 1 article, for more products there will be a supplement of euro 6,00 + IVA)
