RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Possible return of Products (for replacement, service, repair, etc.) shall have to be previously authorized by Falegnameria Piccini & C. The request shall be submitted in writing using the special form made available by Falegnameria Piccini & C. The form must detail the defects of which the Purchaser has become aware as well as all relevant information contained in the purchase invoice.
If the return request is accepted, Falegnameria Piccini & C. will issue a Return Material Authorization number: this number shall have to be written down both on the delivery note and on the packaging, otherwise the return of products will have to be rejected.
The returned Products shall not have to be used or damaged and have to be returned in their original packaging.
In case of goods returned for a refund, 15% of the goods value plus €10 administrative fees shall be charged, possible extra costs that may be incurred can be added.
